  • A monthly statement is available for landlords to see what went in and out of the account. Receipts, invoices and bank statements are kept in an online folder available 24/7 for landlords especially important EOY for taxes.

  • For an additional fee a landlord can hire us to consult or manage a renovation for their property. This process can include mood-board, material selection, contractor bidding, project management, after repair value and more!

  • Erica will handle leasing as a fully licensed real estate agent. In a typical Boston rental environment, the tenant pays the broker fee so listing with us is the easy choice. Landords can expect thoroughly vetted tenants with our comprehensive application process.
