01 — BlueTape BootCamp

This is where we come in and tell you everything you need to get rid of! MPS will mark each piece with painter’s tape to help clear out spaces. The process can feel harsh and invasive, but the end result is pure magic! Clients most often need BlueTape BootCamp before they sell their homes, but it may also be a helpful tool to help declutter your space and really make the important things shine!

02 — Styling

Marigold Property Solutions loves rearranging and repurposing furniture you already have! If a space just isn’t working well for a client or a room needs to be repurposed or maybe they need to prepare for a sale, we are here to help!

03 — Material + Furniture Selections

We love helping clients select new pieces for their home. Maybe a client wants a new accent chair to go with their couch, but can’t decide on color or pattern. We are here to help! We will work within our client’s budget to provide suggestions for new pieces to best enhance the livability and aesthetics of their space. Our expertise spans from light fixtures to kitchen hardware to window boxes and beyond.

04 — Staging

When clients are preparing for a sale if their property, MPS is at the ready with decor pieces, artwork, lighting, small furniture, rugs, etc to bring in to help their home shine bright for the buyer. Staging increases the sales price of a listing and helps the future buyer envisions themselves living there. Staging is best used in combination with our BlueTape BootCamp, Property Styling and Material + Furniture Selection to really make a house feel like home.
